• Not contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful components

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post fake, fraudulent, or incentivized reviews
• Post reviews for competing products to damage their reputation
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or vendors
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4.3 Vendor Reviews and Authenticity

We strive to maintain authentic reviews. Vendors may not offer incentives for positive reviews or threaten users for negative reviews. We reserve the right to remove reviews that appear to be fake, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

4.4 License to User Content

By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Service. This license allows us to display your reviews, share them on social media, and use them for promotional purposes.

4.5 Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, edit, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. However, we do not guarantee that all content will be reviewed before publication.

5.1 Vendor Relationship

ReviewsPortal is a platform that connects users with vendors. We are not a party to any transactions between users and vendors. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the products, services, or representations of any vendor.

5.2 Quote Requests

When you submit a quote request, we will share your contact information with relevant service providers. You acknowledge that vendors may contact you directly to respond to your inquiry. We are not responsible for vendor responses or subsequent communications.

5.3 Sponsored and Promoted Listings

Some vendors pay for enhanced visibility through sponsored or promoted listings. These paid placements are clearly labeled. Sponsored placement does not influence our editorial content, review rankings, or user ratings.

5.4 Vendor Payments

We may collect payments from vendors for promotional services, featured listings, or advertising. These business relationships do not affect the integrity of user-generated reviews and ratings.

6.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, layout, graphics, text, images, software, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by ReviewsPortal or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

6.3 Trademarks

"ReviewsPortal" and our logos are trademarks of Awarious Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

6.4 Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@reviewsportal.io with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing material on our Service
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

8.1 No Warranty

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the quality of products or services obtained through the Service

8.2 Content Accuracy

Reviews, ratings, and other User Content represent the opinions of individual users and not ReviewsPortal. We do not verify the accuracy of User Content and are not responsible for its accuracy, reliability, or completeness.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of third parties.

8.4 No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific advice tailored to your situation.

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

11.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@reviewsportal.io to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 days.

11.4 Arbitration (Optional)

For users outside India, we may mutually agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, rather than through court proceedings.

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@reviewsportal.io or through your account settings.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service or other users
• Extended inactivity
• At our sole discretion

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReviewsPortal regarding the Service.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

14.5 No Agency

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and ReviewsPortal as a result of these Terms or your use of the Service.

14.6 Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.

14.7 Language

These Terms are drafted in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version shall prevail.
